Biography

Ricky Lynn Schoen, 47, of rural Marshall, died Saturday, June 16, 2012, at Fitzgibbon Hospital in Marshall.

Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 19, 2012, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall, with William W. Harlow officiating. Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Ricky Schoen Grandchildren Fund. Born November 25, 1964, in Fayette, MO, he was the son of Leo Herbert Schoen of Boonville, MO and the late Betty Louise Walters Schoen. He attended Pilot Grove Public Schools. On March 13, 1985, he married Ruby Bulen who survives of the home. He had worked at Coreslab in Marshall for over 13 years.

In addition to his wife and father, survivors include two daughters, Rachel Schoen and Bobby Sue Eckerle both of the home; three grandchildren, Hannah Schoen Boss, Cerina Schoen and Alyssia Eckerle all of the home; four brothers, Dale Schoen of Odessa, MO and Mike Schoen, Rusty Schoen and Harold Schoen all of Boonville; three sisters, Cindy Rumans of Bunceton, Carolyn Kammerich of Pilot Grove and Lisa Bruce of Boonville; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by one brother, Rocky Schoen; and one niece, Chasity Schoen.

He was a loving grandpa, father, husband and brother. He will be missed by all.
